Ticket Stub Of The Day Nov.22nd (ZZ Top)

Today's ticket stub is from the first time I saw ZZ Top in concert. The opening band for this show was Colin James in 1990 at Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton. ZZ Top were touring for their Recycler album, and wow, what an awful concert this was. I think this was the first time I had experienced a band lip sync there way through a live set. The whole ZZ Top set felt like one big rock video, lots of choreographed moves, music that felt phony. But then the Recycler album sucked too, so I guess I shouldn't have expected all that much. All and all, one of the worst shows I had been too at the time.
