It was on April 27th, 1989 that I saw Poison on their Open Up and Say...Ah! tour play Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton. Opening the show was Tesla which the reason I went to this show as I was not a fan of Poison at the time. Tesla would have been on the road in support of their album The Great Radio Controversy.
