Concert Poster Of The Day Oct.12th (Moshfest)
Today's poster is from a local festival put on in Edmonton in 1992 at the Butterdome on The U of A grounds. The festival was called Moshfest and included a bunch of local bands. Some of the bands that played were the smalls, Imagineers, Deadbeat Backbone, Tippy Agogo, Minstrels On Speed and headlined by SNFU. This was a pretty good period in the Edmonton music scene.

sweet, i was there; was 15 at the time; great performances by all the bands i had a great time. I remember i guy getting busted for streaking, and i remember getting thrown about 3 times as high as the crown - and they were unable to fully break my fall. No serious injuries, and my buddys fed me a few beers to keep me going :P Thanks for posting this

ReplyDeleteI was there. I was 15 as well. The Butterdome was an interesting venue lol, but it was awesome. The scene in Edmonton at that time was insane. Great time to have been alive.
