 It was on October 7th, 1997 that I saw the Buffalo, NY jam band moe. play The Rev in Edmonton.

22 Years Ago Today...October 7th

It was twenty-two years ago today that I saw the band Bone Club play at Nighthawks here in Edmonton.

Also on this day twenty years ago, I saw the Cadillac Tramps play at The Bronx in Edmonton.

And it was sixteen years ago today that I saw the band Moe play The Rev in Edmonton.

As well, it was ten years ago today that I saw Ween play MacEwan Hall in Calgary.

Looks like October 7th has been an amazing day for concerts. As it was seven years ago today that I saw Corb Lund and The Hurtin' Albertans play the Jubilee Auditorium here in Edmonton.

And it was a year ago today that I saw Rise Against with Gaslight Anthem play the Expo Centre in Edmonton.

Concert Poster Of The Day Aug. 23rd (Moe)

Today's poster is from the Moe concert I saw in 1997 at The Rev in Edmonton. Moe was and actually still is a jam band that play kind of a funky heavy on the bass sounding band. I didn't realize that they are still around and touring. This show as an evening with, so no opening act. I don't remember who I went to this show with. Moe were touring for their album called "No Doy".
