It was on March 7th, 1995 that I found myself at the Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton with my old buddy Geddy (RIP) at the Weird Al Yankovic concert. What a good time we had at the show.

24 Years Ago Today...October 17th

It was twenty-four years ago today that I saw Testament with opener Annihilator play MJ's Roadhouse Pub play in Edmonton.

Also on this day twenty-two years ago I saw Queensryche with Warrior Soul play Northlands Coliseum here in Edmonton.

And it was fourteen years ago today that I saw Weird Al Yankovic play the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton.

As well it was twelve years ago today that I saw the Supersuckers play New City Likwid Lounge here in Edmonton.

Looks like this has been an awesome day for shows here in Edmonton, as it was eight years ago today that I saw Tesla play Red's here.

15 Years Ago Today...Mar.7th

It was fifteen years ago today that I saw Weird Al Yankovic play in Edmonton at the Jubilee Auditorium.



It was also ten years ago today that I saw Misery Signals play at Stars On Whyte here in Edmonton.



In concert news...Weird Al will be playing in Calgary on Friday April 26th at the Stampede Corral.

Ticket Stub Of The Day Apr.10th (Weird Al Yankovic)

Today's ticket stub of the day is from the second time I saw Weird Al Yankovic in concert. This show was in 1999 at The Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton. I like the name of this tour "Touring With Scissors" I went to this show with my buddy A-Bomb. My memory from this show was when A-Bomb and I took a cab to the show, we were loaded and giving the cab driver a hard time, we then noticed he wasn't going the right way to the venue. We got into an argument with him and told him to pull over and we got out and walked away with out paying him. Good times!!!

Today's poster is from the Weird Al Yankovic concert my buddy Geddy and I went to at The Jubilee Auditorium in 1995. This was actually a very entertaining concert and a lot of fun, even if half the audience were little kids. Didn't stop us from having fun though. Good times!!!
