July 15th

 

  This was an awesome time. July 15th, 1995 myself a van full of buddies made our way to High River, Alberta for the traveling Tragically Hip tour called Another Roadside Attraction. And what a line-up, headlining was The Hip of course, others on the bill were Ziggy Marley, Spirit Of the West, Blues Traveler, Matthew Sweet, Rheostatics, Eric's Trip and The Inbreds. Good times!!!

July 14th

  It was on this day July 14th, 2011 that I saw The Tragically Hip headline an outdoor show on the Northlands Grounds in Edmonton with opening acts Broken Social Scene and Hey Rosetta!

February 21st

  This is probably my coolest ticket stub, that being from the Tragically Hip show I saw at the Edmonton Coliseum. Opening this show were Odds and Change Of Heart, a damn good all Canadian triple bill.

January 14th

 

 January 14th, 2007 saw me at Rexall Place in Edmonton to see The Tragically Hip on their World Container Tour. Opening the show was The Sadies. A very good double bill.

November 28th

 

 November 28th, 1992 I saw The Tragically Hip with openers Sons Of Freedom rock the Northlands Agricom in Edmonton. The Hip were on the road touring for their album Fully Completely.

November 12th

  

 On November 12th, 1996 I saw The Tragically Hip on their Trouble at the Henhouse Tour at the Edmonton Coliseum. This show was the first of two sold out shows in Edmonton. Opening the show was Toronto band the Rheostatics.

September 21st

  

 September 21st, 2002 my buddy and I made the trip to Vernon, B.C. to visit our buddy Scotty (RIP) and to see The Tragically Hip with openers the Sam Roberts Band play the Vernon Multiplex. What an amazing weekend that was. Good times!!!

August 1st

 

 It was August 1st, 1993 that I went to see the first Another Roadside Attraction Music Festival. This was a festival that was headlined and put on by the Tragically Hip. This show was at Clarke Stadium in Edmonton, other bands on the bill were Midnight Oil, Daniel Lanois, Hothouse Flowers and Crash Vegas. An awesome day of music.

July 30th

  

 On July 30th of 2016 I saw The Tragically Hip play there last ever show in Edmonton at Rexall Place. As good as the show was it was a real emotional one as well knowing that we would never get to see Gord Downie perform again.

July 26th

  

 On July 26th, 1991 I saw the Tragically Hip in concert for the first time of the eighteen times I did eventually see them. This show was at the Edmonton Convention Centre for The Hips Road Apples Tour. Opening the show was the band Flies On Fire. This show was bonkers!
