Concert Shirt/Poster Of The Day Apr.13th (SOTU)

Today's shirt is one I bought when I went to the first Sounds Of The Underground Tour in the summer of 2005 at Rexall Place in Edmonton. This was an all day event of hardcore and extreme metal bands, with something like 20 bands playing from 11am til 11pm. The SOTU Tour only lasted for 3 festival seasons before folding (2005-2007). The 2005 tour was by far the best line up of all the tours. With bands like High On Fire, Madball, Clutch, Terror, Lamb Of God, Strapping Young Lad and headliner Gwar, if you can imagine Gwar playing in a coliseum setting.

I was impressed with this t-shirt as it has all the bands logos on the back that played on the tour.
